1. Pool Contribution

Each participant shall contribute $25, resulting in the purchase of one number for ten draws per participant. It is understood that any additional funds contributed by a participant for the purchase of additional tickets will not increase their proportional share of any winnings.

Participants and the Lottery Pool Manager are not restricted from purchasing additional tickets outside the pool. This agreement does not bind any winnings from those tickets. Please refer to the next section to clarify how the Lottery Pool tickets are determined.

2. Funds and Ticket Purchase

Each party to the pool shall turn over all funds for the purchase of tickets by * (linked to the drawing start date above). This will allow sufficient time before the closing time for ticket purchases for the drawing. Participants acknowledge that the Lottery Pool Manager will choose randomly assigned 'quick-pick' numbers for the tickets unless one or more participants choose to pre-fill a card with the numbers they wish to have for their tickets. Participants must provide such a form to the Lottery Pool Manager before the deadline mentioned in this section. Once the tickets are purchased, they will be digitally photographed or scanned, and the lottery tickets will be distributed to all players for review and to check for winning tickets by email(s).

The Lottery Pool Manager may select another player to act as the Lottery Pool Manager for the purpose of purchasing ticket(s). A notice will be sent to all players when this occurs. The acting Lottery Pool Manager will be bound by the terms of this Agreement while purchasing ticket(s).

If a person fails to sign this agreement or provide funds by the deadline, no tickets will be purchased on their behalf. Consequently, they will no longer be considered part of the lottery pool for this drawing and will not be entitled to any financial benefits or winnings.

3. Prize Distribution

In the event that any prizes are won, the Lottery Pool Manager, who shall serve without compensation, shall evenly divide the prize among the participants. Any and all funds won as prizes shall be considered to be held in trust for the pool by the Lottery Pool Manager. The distribution of funds will be determined by the total number of participants who have entered the pool, not by their monetary contributions or the number of tickets purchased.

The winning ticket(s) will be stored in a bank safe deposit box until the selected Attorneys & accountants of the players have drawn up a group incorporation or trust agreement, which must be endorsed and signed by the entire group. If no agreement has been reached by the expiration date to claim the prize, the winning ticket(s) will be turned into the lottery commission, and all funds will be held in a trust until the final arbitration is concluded. Any taxes, fees, or fines shall be paid from these funds.

Participant hereby agrees that only combined winning funds of all tickets in excess of $100 will be distributed back to the group. Any combined funds of less than $100 won will return to the LOTTERY POOL and be earmarked for GAS USE. If the holdings reach $100 due to multiple wins, the winnings will be distributed to the players.

4. Termination and Renewal

This agreement shall not automatically renew and expire upon completion of the drawing(s).

If a prize is won in excess of $10,000, and settlement options are provided, the majority vote of the pool members shall decide. If there is no majority, the Lottery Pool Manager shall decide.

Any member may withdraw from the pool by providing written notice to the pool manager. Upon receipt of such notice, the member's participation in the pool shall end, provided their tickets have not yet been purchased.

5. Confidentiality

All Lottery Pool Participants understand that any and all private information obtained about other members, including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, address, identity, country of origin, family situations, and career, is strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party for any reason.

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the parties' entire agreement, and there are no other agreements, express or implied, not stated herein. This agreement may only be altered in writing and signed by all parties.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. Governing Law: This Agreement and all transactions contemplated herein, including the purchase of lottery tickets and the distribution of winnings, shall be governed by, construed under, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of *, without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles.

2. Acknowledgment of the Parties: The Parties acknowledge and agree that the purchase of lottery tickets shall be made physically within the territorial boundaries of the State of Wyoming, where such activity is legal. The Parties further acknowledge that the State of Utah prohibits gambling activities, and expressly agree that the laws of the State of Utah shall not govern the validity or enforceability of this Agreement.

3. Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, its breach, termination, or validity, shall be resolved exclusively by the competent state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming. Each Party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to venue or the argument of forum non conveniens.

1. Contribución al Grupo

2. Fondos y Compra de Boletos

Cada parte del grupo deberá entregar todos los fondos para la compra de boletos antes del * (vinculada a la fecha de inicio del sorteo arriba). Esto permitirá tiempo suficiente antes del cierre de venta de boletos para el sorteo. Los participantes reconocen que el Administrador del Grupo de Lotería elegirá números asignados aleatoriamente ('quick-pick') para los boletos, a menos que uno o más participantes opten por prellenar una tarjeta con los números que deseen para sus boletos. Los participantes deberán entregar dicho formulario al Administrador del Grupo de Lotería antes de la fecha límite mencionada en esta sección. Una vez comprados los boletos, serán fotografiados o escaneados digitalmente, y los boletos de lotería se distribuirán a todos los jugadores para su revisión y para verificar boletos ganadores por correo electrónico.

El Administrador del Grupo de Lotería podrá designar a otro jugador para actuar como Administrador del Grupo de Lotería con el propósito de comprar el/los boleto(s). Se enviará un aviso a todos los jugadores cuando esto ocurra. El Administrador del Grupo de Lotería en funciones estará sujeto a los términos de este Acuerdo mientras compre el/los boleto(s).

Si una persona no firma este acuerdo o no entrega los fondos antes de la fecha límite, no se comprarán boletos en su nombre. En consecuencia, dejará de considerarse parte del grupo de lotería para este sorteo y no tendrá derecho a ningún beneficio económico ni ganancia.

3. Distribución de Premios

En caso de que se gane algún premio, el Administrador del Grupo de Lotería, quien actuará sin remuneración, dividirá el premio en partes iguales entre los participantes. Todos los fondos ganados como premio se considerarán en fideicomiso para el grupo por parte del Administrador del Grupo de Lotería. La distribución de los fondos se determinará según el número total de participantes que hayan ingresado al grupo, no según sus aportes monetarios ni el número de boletos comprados.

El/los boleto(s) ganador(es) se guardarán en una caja de seguridad bancaria hasta que los abogados y contadores seleccionados por los jugadores hayan redactado un acuerdo de incorporación o fideicomiso grupal, el cual deberá ser avalado y firmado por todo el grupo. Si no se llega a un acuerdo antes de la fecha límite para reclamar el premio, el/los boleto(s) ganador(es) se entregarán a la comisión de lotería, y todos los fondos se mantendrán en fideicomiso hasta que concluya el arbitraje final. Cualquier impuesto, cuota o multa se pagará con estos fondos.

El participante acepta que solo los fondos ganadores combinados de todos los boletos que superen los $100 se distribuirán de vuelta al grupo. Cualquier fondo combinado inferior a $100 regresará al GRUPO DE LOTERÍA y se destinará al USO DE GASOLINA. Si las reservas alcanzan los $100 debido a múltiples ganancias, las ganancias se distribuirán a los jugadores.

4. Terminación y Renovación

Este acuerdo no se renovará automáticamente y expirará al completarse el/los sorteo(s).

Si se gana un premio superior a $10,000 y se ofrecen opciones de liquidación, el voto de la mayoría de los miembros del grupo decidirá. Si no hay mayoría, el Administrador del Grupo de Lotería decidirá.

Cualquier miembro podrá retirarse del grupo mediante notificación escrita al administrador del grupo. Al recibir dicha notificación, la participación del miembro en el grupo terminará, siempre que sus boletos aún no hayan sido comprados.

5. Confidencialidad

Todos los Participantes del Grupo de Lotería entienden que cualquier información privada obtenida sobre otros miembros, incluyendo entre otros, información médica, financiera, legal, de domicilio, identidad, país de origen, situación familiar y laboral, es estrictamente confidencial y no podrá divulgarse a terceros por ningún motivo.

6. Acuerdo Íntegro

Este Acuerdo constituye el acuerdo íntegro entre las partes, y no existen otros acuerdos, expresos o implícitos, que no estén establecidos en el presente documento. Este acuerdo solo podrá modificarse por escrito y con la firma de todas las partes.

7. Ley Aplicable y Jurisdicción

1. Ley Aplicable: Este Acuerdo y todas las transacciones contempladas en el mismo, incluida la compra de boletos de lotería y la distribución de ganancias, se regirán, interpretarán y aplicarán exclusivamente de conformidad con las leyes del Estado de *, sin dar efecto a sus principios de conflicto de leyes.

2. Reconocimiento de las Partes: Las Partes reconocen y aceptan que la compra de los boletos de lotería se realizará físicamente dentro de los límites territoriales del Estado de Wyoming, donde dicha actividad es legal. Asimismo, las Partes reconocen que el Estado de Utah prohíbe los juegos de azar y acuerdan expresamente que las leyes de Utah no regirán la validez ni la aplicabilidad de este Acuerdo.

3. Jurisdicción Exclusiva: Cualquier disputa, reclamo o controversia que surja de o esté relacionada con este Acuerdo, su incumplimiento, terminación o validez, será resuelta de manera exclusiva por los tribunales estatales o federales competentes ubicados en el Estado de Wyoming. Cada una de las Partes se somete irrevocablemente a la jurisdicción exclusiva de dichos tribunales y renuncia a cualquier objeción de competencia territorial o al argumento de foro inconveniente (forum non conveniens).
